Things are slowly looking up in the CG industry this autumn, with jobs popping up at here and there in studios around the world. We’re not quite where we would’ve wanted to be, and Montreal is surely not the explosive market it used to be a few years back. We’re acutely aware of the struggles, and we want to be there to support you.

If you’re struggling with crafting the perfect resume, or not quite sure what recruiters are looking for these days, then this upcoming workshop is for you. Framestore Recruitment Specialist Margot Ingrassia will be sharing a view from her side of the screen – guiding you through the current landscape of industry recruitment, and reviewing your CV live in an interactive session. With over 5 years of industry experience, having recruited across multiple departments for VFX and Animation, Margot is here to share all her acquired knowledge with you.

Originally from France, Margot has been residing in Montreal for the last six years. Her partnership with WIA Montreal is in part inspired by her connection to her two sisters, which strengthens her sense of sisterhood with other women, and of the continued need for community.
