CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
This circle is designed for Compositing Artists who have already gained some experience in the VFX industry and are eager to continue growing their careers within the Compositing Department.
Together we will explore your individual strengths and see how we can turn them into the superpower driving your career to the next level. We’ll discuss strategies for building and nurturing your professional network, both within a team and the wider industry. Additionally, we’ll look at how to continuously evolve your skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing market, and how to strengthen your collaboration with other VFX departments, Leads, and Supervisors.

Lisa Schmölzer is a Compositing Supervisor and Senior Compositing Artist. She has supervised projects like “Shazam – Fury of the Gods” and “Megalopolis” and worked at leading studios like Wētā FX, Framestore, RISE FX, Scanline VFX and Animal Logic. Alongside her passion for the creative and technical aspects of VFX, her greatest enthusiasm lies with the collaboration and teamwork that fuels this industry.
