CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
Do you ever wonder why you feel drained at the end of your day? Do you sometimes struggle to make choices that truly align with who you are? Or do you wish you felt more connected and inspired in your career?
This circle is for anyone–artist, prod staff, technologist, etc.,–who is looking to find the right next steps in their career and move towards them with purpose. It’s designed to help you uncover what matters most to you in your career and life, articulate your leadership purpose for greater impact, and create a vision that empowers you to lead authentically and with intention.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Increased Self-Awareness: You will uncover your personal core values and identify what truly matters most to you in your career and life
- Clarity of Purpose: You will articulate a clear and inspiring leadership purpose that aligns with your values and aspirations
- Inspired Vision and Action: You will create a vision for leading with authenticity and intention, along with actionable steps to bring that vision to life
